As winemakers we strive to capture the essence of our landscape and earths delicate character. The embodiment of elegance and flavor has been delicately crafted from the infusion of ancient, extreme Central Otago climate.
400,000 years of glacial action is embodied in the outwash gravels in which Drumsara single vineyard grapes are nurtured to release a select Central Otago Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris – born of glacial ice and rock.
