Clearview was early to reveal the wine-producing potential of Hawke's Bay’s coastal stony plains. Small volumes of hand-made fruit-driven wines, in particular Reserve Chardonnay, Bordeaux style reds and dessert wines, have become the hallmark of this legendary estate.
Opened in 1991, the acclaimed lunch restaurant nestles among the vines featuring creative fresh seasonal cuisine and has been consistently recognised with beef & lamb awards since 1998. You can enjoy the sun and birdsong in the courtyard at any time of the year, or dine in sheltered comfort indoors. Open 10.00am – 5.00pm, seven days in summer, Friday to Tuesday in winter. |
