Hihi Wines |
Hihi Wines is a small boutique winery based in Ormond, Gisborne. The label was launched in 2005. In 2006 a small winery was established at the vineyard in Bond Road. Since then a number of award winning wines have been produced including Chardonnays (Unoaked & Lightly oaked) Gewurztraminer, Pinotage, Merlot and a red blend called Lock Stock & Many Barrels.
Owner, viticulturalist and red Winemaker Andrew Nimmo can be found most Saturday mornings at Gisborne’s farmers market, where you can sample the range of Hihi Wines.
Wines are available through the following retailers: Liquorland, Gisborne, Red Door Liquor, Balance St, Gisborne and direct from Hihi Wines
