For over 20 years, Cellier Le Brun have been dedicated to crafting the finest quality Methode Traditionnelle wines available in New Zealand. The adherence to traditional technique since the winery's inception has enabled Daniel Le Brun to become one of New Zealand's most respected Methode Traditionnelle wines, recognised for its superb distinctive style and character.
To maintain quality and consistency, a winery with an authentic underground cellar was established to allow the wines to mature in a cool regulated environment.
