We are a small operation with a traditional Burgundian philosophy. Our limestone clay soils are planted with just 1 Ha of closely-planted vines overlooking Golden Bay.We have Pinot noir (Dijon clones, primarily), Chardonnay (Mendoza and Dijon clones), Pinot gris, and a tiny amount of Sauvignon blanc. All viticultural practice is by hand (i.e., leaf-plucking; harvesting). Winemaking is very much "hands off", with our aim being to produce wines with personality; that is, the wines reflect the vintage and terroir. |
