Four generations of the Fredatovich family have made wine at Lincoln Vineyards for nearly 70 years. Today we source grapes from selected growers in New Zealand's major grape-growing regions: Gisborne, Hawkes Bay and Marlborough. Our relationship with several of these growers, such as Chris Parker in Gisborne, goes back over many years.
Traditional and ultra modern technology play a crucial role at Lincoln. Grapes are crushed at the home winery in Henderson, near Auckland, or at source to ensure optimum quality. There we have our own crushing, winemaking and bottling facilities. This gives winemaker Ben Morris, and his team, the independence and control to concentrate on developing our premium wine styles. |
