Judge Valley Wines
Judge Valley is Waikato's first and only vineyard planted on clay-based ash soils.
Established in 1997, the vineyard is totally quality-driven, and is specialising in Bordeaux-Style Red Wine. It is privately owned and managed by Kevin Geraghty.
All vines are hand-managed, harvesting is by hand, and every bottle of Judge Valley Wine is made from grapes grown on the property. No irrigation is used...vintage will reflect the season.
The aim is to consistently produce top quality, medal-winning, Premium Red Wine, and to establish a reputation as a vineyard where the passion is quality, not quantity.
The intention is to appeal to those interested in Single Vineyard Classical Wine, grown in a new area, knowing every glass is the result of a dedication to quality...from site selection to bottle presentation.
