Winemaker Notes:
Pinot Gris was fermented in stainless steel under temperature control to retain Pinot Gris aromatics. A small amount of Gewurztraminer (4%), Chardonnay (4%) and Sauvignon Blanc (2%) was added for complexity and to complete the palate and aromatics.
Viticulture Notes:
Grapes were machine harvested from Tom & Margot Brodie's vineyard in Manutuke, Gisborne.
