Winemaker Notes:
Handpicked from the Kurow Estate Vineyard surrounding the winery, the grapes were whole bunch pressed to obtain a delicate and refined juice. Fermented at a cool temperature and stopped to leave 16 g/L of naturally occurring sweetness for a perfect flavour balance. The wine then had two months on yeast lees before being stabilised for bottling.
