This is a blend of juice from two vintages - hence the letters NV where the year is normally displayed. The resultant wine is darker in colour than most but has a beautiful nose of peaches and pears. The flavours in the mouth are not so prominent but nevertheless this an honest, very drinkable wine at an amazingly low price. You can do a lot, lot worse in the supermarket.
