Lovely juice lime marmalade nose. Funked up on the mid-palate with passion of the flower variety. Aria’s arrival created extended skin contact resulting in a lovely phenolic characteristic in the mid-palate and finishing with complexity and length.

Wine Notes

Winemaker Notes: The fruit for our Dry Riesling was gently pressed before an over-night soak. A neutral yeast was used at low temperatures to allow the natural spicy notes from the Riesling skins to show through. The juice was then fermented without settling and chilled when balanced at a dry style with approx 8g/L residual sugar.

Viticulture Notes: A blend of two blocks from Greystone Vineyard. Block 4 from heavier soils with dominant clay and block 12 from steeper and drier soils. Extensive bunch thinning throughout the growing season and careful bunch selection at harvest time has
given us clean and ripe fruit. Density 2500 vines/Ha on VSP two-cane trellis.
