A Pinot Noir dominant blend, this sparkling wine consists of 96% Hawkes Bay grapes. Exhibiting classic bottle fermented Methode characters but with a sugar level of 21g/L, Mimi will have wide appeal as she offers a sweeter, softer palate. Elegant with lovely harmony, she is delicate, very fresh and lively with crisp citrus and sweet apple flavours.

Made in an off dry style with 21g of residual sugar, this wine proved popular both with the judges and the consumers. Described as similar to Prosecco it has toasty, peach aromas with a full frothy mousse, clean fresh fruit and excellent length. The finish is crisp and the acidity balances the sugar perfectly.

The judges certainly took a liking to this Pinot Noir dominant blend. The strong yeast bread aroma is complimented well by clean, fresh, lemony citrus. A nice soft, creamy texture allows decent body and length for this very elegant wine. Great value and much enjoyed by the consumers especially.

Off dry fizz this one, with floral and candied aromas. The palate exhibits ripe juicy fruit with hints of yeast and nuts. The mousse is extremely creamy and the finish quite persistent.
