A Pinot Noir dominant blend, this sparkling wine consists of 96% Hawkes Bay grapes. Exhibiting classic bottle fermented Methode characters but with a sugar level of 21g/L, Mimi will have wide appeal as she offers a sweeter, softer palate. Elegant with lovely harmony, she is delicate, very fresh and lively with crisp citrus and sweet apple flavours.
