Winemaker Notes:
Pinot Noir grapes were cold soaked for 3 days, followed by fermentation at room temperature. Following ferment the wine was kept on skins for 7 days. The Pinot Noir was then matured in old oak barrels with oak staves added.
Prior to bottling approx 20% of Pinotage was added to complete the palate.

Viticulture Notes:
Pinot Noir grapes were harvested in April from Riversun's budwood block in Manutuke in excellent condition.
