Winemaker Notes:
Only Free Run juice from healthy and ripe bunches was used for this batch of Dry Riesling. The juice was drained pre-pressing straight to tank for clarification before being inoculated for fermentation in stainless steel. A neutral yeast strain was used to allow this pristine juice to express itself.
Viticulture Notes:
A sheltered block away from strong winds and frost risk. This block is on clay soils over limestone deposits, which release enough water for steady vine growth but prevent the vines from becoming overly vigorous.
