Winemaker Notes:
Fermented in open top vats using Bordeaux yeast for about 7 days with 2 days of post ferment maceration. Blend of 55% Malbec & 45% Merlot grapes. This wine was matured for 10 months in old oak barrels with oak cubes added.
Viticulture Notes:
Harvested from Richard McIntyre's vineyard in Manutuke at between 23 and 24 Brix
