Esk Valley Reserve Hawkes Bay Chardonnay 2007

This is a rich but elegant style of Chardonnay, displaying complexity and subtlety in a food frinedly and age worthy style. The wine displays classic Hawkes Bay notes of stonefruit with accompanying characters of grapefruit, providing acidity and elegance. This wine has subtle oak characters and richness derived from long term ageing on lees and will gain further complexity with cellaring.
