Viticulture Notes: This wine is a product of two Hawkes Bay vineyard sites. Eightly five percent of the blend was sourced from the Moteo Ridge Vineyard inland at Moteo Pa on the banks of the Tutaekuri River. The fruit from this vineyard provides ripe pear and apple fruit flavours and excellent natural acidity while the Back Vineyard on the Gimblett Gravels produces wine with ripe tropical fruit notes and a hint of botrytis

Residual Sugar: 1.9g/L
Total Acidity: 5.5g/L
