Wine Notes
Winemaker Notes:
Beautifully clean, mature fruit was harvested and brought into the winery where it was destemmed and then put into a fermenter.
The fermentation took 10 days, during which it was plunged 4 times a day to help extract colour, fruit flavour and tannin. The wine then
went through a full MLF and a portion went to oak.

Viticulture Notes:
A fantastic season. A warm February to help promote flavour and colour finished off by stable harvest conditions.
