Winemakers Notes
The grapes were hand harvested on 24th of April 2007. The wine underwent a warm ferment 18-21oC - kept on lees for 3 months and is fermented dry.
Viticulture Notes
The grapes are grown just a few metres from Pisa Range Estate by our neighbours –
Thompson Vineyard located at Pisa 10km north of Cromwell Central Otago.

The 2007 vintage overall was good, with settled weather during flower set. A long warm autumn ensured the fruit was brought into the winery in excellent condition.
