| Winemakers Notes |
|
The grapes were hand harvested on 24th of April 2007. The wine underwent a warm ferment 18-21oC - kept on lees for 3 months and is fermented dry. |
| Viticulture Notes |
The grapes are grown just a few metres from Pisa Range Estate by our neighbours –
Thompson Vineyard located at Pisa 10km north of Cromwell Central Otago.
The 2007 vintage overall was good, with settled weather during flower set. A long warm autumn ensured the fruit was brought into the winery in excellent condition. |
