Riesling

The vine variety of Germany and in people’s eyes it is the greatest white grape. This assertion is due to the longevity of its wines and its ability the transmit the characteristics or terroir of an individual vineyard without losing its own style. Riesling classically smells of petrol and should never be aged in oak. Currently accounts for 3.6% of the grape crop in New Zealand.

Delicious nose of sweet, ripe fruit with a hint of lychees. A fine bead of acidity runs seamlessly through the wine and marries beautifully with the fruit flavours. The result is an elegant and harmonious wine. Enjoy.
