Light yellow gold in colour. Hints of whipped cream, vanilla, citrus and fig aromas. A well-balanced combination of honey, citrus, and vanilla cream. |

The 2002 vintage resulted in hand selecting a limited amount of fruit, which was whole bunch pressed, put through full malolactic fermentation and then spent 11 months maturing in french oak. |
