Tasting Notes
Colour: Dark red with plum hues
Bouquet: Dark berry and Black Doris plums with dark chocolate and coffee oak.
Palate: full bodied and concentrated, with ripe plum, dark berries and a sweet spice finish.

Winemakers Notes
Both hand and machine harvested, de-stemmed and cold soaked foe 2-3 days before fermentation.

Malo-lactic fermentation was followed by 3 months maturation in 27% new French oak, 24% 1 years old and 49% older.
Viticulture Notes
Produced from 7 - 13 year old vines. 73% from the Bridge Pa Triangle and 27% from Gimblett Gravels.
