|
The wine displays pungent aromas of baked pears, apricot and dark honey allied with a savoury, textured character due to lees stirring. An off-dry entry, a silken mid-palate texture and great fruit concentration combine to create a mouth filling wine. |

The grapes of this marvellous vintage were hand picked at 24.8 Brix, gently whole-bunch pressed and the must fermented with Alsatian yeast. |
