This wine was cool fermented in stainless steel with extended time on yeast lees to create a rich, weighty wine. It has stonefruit characters on the palate and a crisp dry finish. |

Made from fruit grown on our home block on Ngatarawa Road, Bridge Pa. This vineyard is six years old and is planted in 100% clone 15 Chardonnay. We handpicked the best portion of the vineyard for our Salvare wines. |
