A vibrant Rose made from Merlot and Malbec which displays aromatic notes of rose petal and red berryfruit, complemented by a soft mouth-filling palate. When served lightly chilled, it is the ideal lunchtime or late afternoon wine. |
| Winemakers Notes |
|
The hand-picked grapes were immediately crushed upon arrival at the winery. After crushing the juice was skin contacted for 24 hours prior to pressing. The resulting pink juice was cool fermented using neutral yeast. After a long cool fermentation, the wine was allowed to rest in tank for 3 months prior to bottling. |
