A concentrated Sauvignon blanc from the low cropping 2007 harvest. Pungently scented with green capsicum & hints of tropical fruit. Clean and fresh on the palate, the gooseberry and herb flavours underpinned by racy acidity. The wine is full bodied with nice balance and a lingering herbaceous finish. Best consumed young – enjoy chilled after a hot summer’s day! |
