Tasting Notes
Clean, crisp fruit is the first impression of this Rose. Raspberry and strawberry are the dominant flavours. The palate shows sweet ripe fruit with a velvety sloft long finish.

Made from Merlot and Malbec harvested in April and May.
Cellaring
Excellent when young but will cellar for 2-3 years.

This rose has good colour and a fruit driven nose. Strawberries come throughy strongly in the palate and yet the wine remains crisp, clean and well balanced. Excellent for a hot summer's evening.
