Harvested in the cool mornings of the early autumn, this Sauvignon embodies all the qualities of a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Aromatic, intense flavours with a lingering graceful finish. |

|
The grapes were picked in the early morning and the late evening to ensure the fruit was cool when it reached the winery. After fermentation at a low temperature, to retain fruit character, the wine was allowed time sitting on yeast lees to give greater palte depth and complexity. |
