| Winemakers Notes |
The juiced was cold settled for 4 days before a long, cool fermentation was started. After the fermentation the wine was cold stabilized and filtered to preserve the crisp, clean flavors. |
| Viticulture Notes |
This Rosé was made of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes from our Dakins Road block, harvested specifically for this purpose. After the grapes were hand harvested, crushed and cooled down, they were given a couple of hours of skin contact for color extraction before being pressed. |
