Very much in the continuation of our popular style. Seductively sweet but still with fresh acidity. Hints of orange peel, buttered toast & lime. Very clean on the palate with good intensity of flavour. Packaged in our tall, elegant 375 ml Bellissima bottles. WiIl age nicely & become deep golden in colour with opulent honey & butterscotch after three to four years. We suspect many of you, however, will consume it young for the purity of flavours and the delightful balance between sweetness & acidity. Drink now til the end of 2008. |
