|
Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, the wine was tank fermented at a low temperature and back-blended with non-fermented juice to achieve a low alcohol wine and to retain natural freshness of aromas and flavour. Aged in the bottle before release in October 2006. |

The north facing Hull Family Vineyard is closely planted in low-cropping vines. High sun exposure and unique soils, combined with the region's typical Indian summers, produces grapes of intense aroma and flavour. |
