| Wine Description |

“Feather White” is a European style rose wine. We harvest the grapes early specifically for this style, which brings with it a lower alcohol content (11.5%). The fruit is then whole bunch pressed and aged in old oak. The wine is completely dry with no residual sugar, but is still fruit dominant, making it an excellent choice both with food, or as an aperitif. It has tropical fruit aromas on the nose which follow through to stone fruit on the palate |
