Bright, very pale straw on release. True to variety aromas of honeysuckle and citrus. Slightly off-dry with flavours of citrus and honeysuckle. |

The fruit was crushed and pressed immediately after harvest. Carefully temperature controlled ferment. |

|
The fruit was sourced from vines in the Rapaura district of the Wairau Plain, including our own, notoriously stony Falcon Vineyard. The 2006 vintage came very early with good ripening in the post Christmas period. Crop levels were moderate, with ripeness and flavours exceptional. |
