Followers of Bald Hills Pinot Gris will be equally impressed with the 2006 vintage. This wine is made very simply without oaking or lees stirring. It is cool-fermented in stainless steel, and displays the minerality of the soils from the site on which it is grown. Opulent in the mouth and lingering on the finish and a true expression of the flavours of the grape itself. It is made in a dry style. |
