Wine Description
Dense violet/purple colour. The bouquet is distinctly floral with white pepper, spice and herbal notes; very youthful and vibrant. The palate shows young, lively fruit, ripe and juicy with a beautifully soft yet positively rustic, unpolished texture. Despite its weight and concentation the wine flows light and seamlessly through the palate. A delicious, generous Syrah, charming and immediately approachable. however to reach full maturity and harmony we recommend 1-2 years of cellaring. Due to frost damage there is no Viognier in the 2003 Syrah Reserve.
