Winemakers Notes

Half the wine underwent fermentation in barrel with the rest remaining in tank. Spending six months on stirred yeast lees has resulted in the wines's rich, creamy and complex texture.
This is an elegant, fruit driven Hawke's Bay Chardonnay. Aromas of citrus and stonefruit are complemented by creamy, nutty oak and nectarine flavours.
