Lovely fresh and deliciously fruited Sauvignon with lots of life and a high drinkability factor. Really good new seasons dry wine, user-friendly and ready to be enjoyed.
Winemakers Notes
Machine-harvested and bag-pressed Nelson Sauvignon Blanc juice was fermented QA 23 yeast strain in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, over a prolonged period of time. A stop ferment was carried out to retain some natural sugars for palate balance. This wine was then racked and left to settle on secondary lees and stirred for three weeks and then processed to bottle early in the season to capture the essence renowned of Sauvignon Blanc.
