| Wine Description |

Light straw, with slight green tints. Fresh fruit driven nose, with an attractive mix of orchard fruit and citrus characters. The wine is driven by bright, upfront fruit with lemon, green apple and tropical fruit flavours. Malolactic fermentation and lees contact components add length and smoothness to the palate. |

The fruit was then crushed, chilled and membrane pressed. The clarified juice was batch fermented with different yeast strains, in stainless steel. Some components also underwent malo-lactic fermentation or were left on lees for one month after fermentation to add complexity and palate weight to the final blend. |
