Wine Description
Rich and complex aromas of rasberry and plums with black pepper. The palate is well ripened with rich flavours of black berry fruits and spicey black pepper nicely integrated with French oak characters.
Winemakers Notes
Picked at full ripeness off low yeilding, young Syrah vines first crop. Fermented in small open top stainless steel tanks of 2 tonne capacity. Hand plunged four times daily for two weeks. Aged in oak barriques for 18 months / French 50% new.

TOP TIP: Youthful ripe berries on the nose with a touch of cedar. Juicy, ripe berry fruit flavours and good varietal definition. A big wine - almost a savoury finish.
