Aromas of spicy pears and autumn flowers. Nice acidity line, which is balanced by fruit and the partial barrel ferment adds complexity and charm.

This wine shows typical varietal characteristics of Pinot Gris from Central Otago region, Delicate floral notes with red apples, pears and nectarines. Primary fruit flavours are under-pinned with spicy, biscuity/nutty texture from the subtle oak use and less stirring. |
